Chef in the house

Sorry to have left you for a week! I was at a conference from Sunday to Wednesday and then came down with pink eye on Friday...so I wasn't up to much this weekend.

Here's something you may not know...B likes to cook! Actually, he likes to help me in the kitchen. So I pick things that he can do safely and tasks that are fun. He gets to crack the eggs (which he is almost better at than me!), break the spaghetti in half and put it in the pot to boil, measure and add ingredients for mac-n-cheese, put bread in the toaster, and his favorite, grate the cheese for taco night. You have to watch him pretty closely while grating the cheese though...he likes to eat as he goes! If I turn my back, not a lot of cheese makes it to the table.
